Holistic health and nutrition have been a part of my life for as long as I could remember. I was fifteen and eyeing the vast selection of books at the Scranton Public Library, when I stumbled on “Meditation in Action”. I started my journey in mediation from that point on. The peace and awareness I felt just fueled my desire to explore further.

I dove into fitness and nutrition and then happened upon Eastern modalities. That is when I realized I needed to learn all I possibly could, and began with my studies. I learned from doctors, instructors, and acupuncturists that were some of the best in the world. How fortunate an Italian girl from Scranton was, to have studied with amazing masters of acupuncture, Shiatsu, Qi Gong, Reiki, Sooji, and so much more. This section of the blog is dedicated to sharing what I was blessed to learn and implement in my life. It has helped me to deal with chronic health issues. If I could help even a few people through what I’ve learned and experienced in my own life, it will bring me joy and peace.
